The L-Acoustics L2D is an advanced line source loudspeaker optimized for medium to large-scale live sound applications. Utilizing PULS (Progressive Ultra-dense Line Source) technology, the L2D delivers full-range clarity and power with unmatched output-to-size efficiency. Its configuration includes eight 3″ compression drivers on DOSC waveguides, eight 10″ drivers, and four 12″ low-frequency drivers—offering a usable bandwidth of 45 Hz to 20 kHz and a peak SPL of 155 dB. Vertical coverage is precisely controlled at 10° with progressive directivity, while Panflex modules allow horizontal coverage of 70°, 110°, or 90° asymmetric. The L2D’s IP55-rated enclosure is built from Baltic beech and birch plywood, weighing 158 kg (348 lb), with integrated rigging and connector systems. Ideal for standalone use or as a downfill with the L2, it delivers premium audio performance in both touring and fixed installation environments.
