So What, We’re Certified—Now the Real Work Begins

We of course were so proud to share that we were officially named a Great Place to Work® certified organization! It was a milestone that reflects the heart, dedication, and shared values of our team.

But here’s the thing: this isn’t a finish line. It’s a milestone.

And if there’s one message we brought home from the Great Place to Work® For All SummitTM 2025 in Las Vegas (April 7-10, 2025, at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World), it’s this:

Being a great place to work is not a title you earn—it’s a journey you commit to.

Over three engaging days, we joined thousands of like-minded leaders in conversations that pushed us to think broader and lead better. From inspirational keynotes to interactive focus groups and one-on-one braindates, we walked away challenged, motivated, and full of new ideas.

One quote that especially stuck with us:

“In the age of technology and AI, we don’t need leaders—we need Super Leaders.”

Super Leaders are more than decision-makers. They are empathetic listeners, change agents, philosophers, and technologists. They lead with curiosity and courage. They challenge the status quo with compassion and clarity. And they never stop learning.

Because as we were reminded:

“Happy people mean bigger and better financial results.”

And the companies leading the way—like Hilton, Cisco, Delta, and Synchrony—are proof that you can scale success without ever compromising your values. These industry giants are building workplaces rooted in inclusion, compassion, and mission—and they’re thriving because of it.

We also experienced firsthand—through the joyful service and the unmistakable sense of belonging that comes from being part of a truly great place to work—the exceptional culture of the Hilton team.

We were inspired by Cisco initiatives that aim to spark dialogue, expand awareness of diverse perspectives, practice uncomfortable conversations, and allow people to be their authentic selves.

In a focus session they discussed The Proximity Initiative, designed to bring leadership closer to underrepresented employees, quarterly conversations that invite real dialogue—not just feedback—and designing projects that surface opportunities for compassionate leadership, self-awareness, and organizational wisdom.

As we stood alongside so many other organizations committed to making work better for everyone, we felt incredibly honored to be welcomed into what many called

“the new business as usual.”

This experience reaffirmed something we’ve always believed:

Culture is never “done.”

There’s always more to learn, more to improve, and more voices to uplift. As leaders, it’s our responsibility to stay curious, listen, stay humble, and keep showing up—for our teams, our values, and our future. We are even more committed to building new channels for connection and growth.

Conclusion

In the end, being a Great Place to Work® isn’t about a badge—it’s about a belief. A belief that when people feel seen, heard, and valued, they thrive. And when they thrive, so does everything else. As we move forward, we do so with a renewed sense of purpose, a deeper commitment to our people, and a clear vision for what it means to lead with heart. This is just the beginning—and we’re building the future of work, one intentional step at a time.

To our incredible team—thank you! Your dedication, energy, and feedback make us who we are. This certification is yours, and we’re only just getting started.

Here’s to what comes next. Let’s keep building something extraordinary—together.
