Vice President Production Operations

Andre is a seasoned event executive, technical director, and event professional with a stellar reputation and demonstrated history in the industry of events services. He brings an elevated level of production and operational skills to drive successful event outcomes for a broad range of customers, across numerous industries. He is a precision navigator, passionate and driven towards production and operational excellence. He thrives in high-pressure environments where planning, data analysis, and strategic thinking meet hands-on execution. Silvia Romanita

Director of Finance

Silvia is a seasoned professional and business owner with extensive experience in financial advisory and sales management. She began her career with Prudential in 1995 as a Financial Advisor, quickly advancing to Sales Manager by 1998. From 2004 to 2014, she served as Agency Sales Director at MetLife, where she excelled in driving sales growth and strategic initiatives. In 2014, she purchased an Allstate agency and successfully operated as an Exclusive Agency Owner until 2023. Silvia’s expertise in insurance and finance led her to join Nvision360 in 2023 as Director of Finance, where she continues to leverage her leadership and industry knowledge to drive financial strategies and operational excellence.

Evan Gantz

Solution Architect

Evan is a highly accomplished innovator with a wealth of experience having held prominent roles and has made significant contributions to the events industry. He has served Nvision360 since January 2020 by leading the assessment of client event goals and providing concepts for extraordinary staging and content experiences. Prior to joining Nvision360, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Evolve Technology. Evan’s track record as a solution architect reflects his ability to leverage his vast experience and adapt to the specific needs of each project. With a combination of entrepreneurial success, technical thought-leadership, and vast experience, he continues to shape the landscape of event production and the endless creative possibilities.

 

Isabel Romanita

Art Director

Isabel is a creative maestro. Her talent and vision influence the realm of creativity and artistic expression. She possesses profound creative abilities and a demonstrated mastery and leadership in guiding and orchestrating creative endeavors. Her art inspires and leads others towards innovative and impactful work. After nearly a decade in the healthcare and customer service industry, she started her career in the world of events in 2017 with a growing audiovisual company in NYC. She has supported and led many roles from office administration to design, production coordination, PowerPoint creation, editing and operations.

Holly Siegert

Senior Account Executive

Holly is a highly accomplished audio-visual expert with decades of experience in the meetings and events industry. She brings an incredible wealth of experience and a proven track record in creating and growing long-term partnerships while delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. With extensive experience managing logistics, negotiating contracts, and coordinating in-person events, Holly has consistently delivered exceptional attendee experiences. She’s adept at assessing client needs, providing strategic input on event promotion, and ensuring all aspects of events are executed flawlessly within budget.

Akiel Juba (AJ)

Regional Project Manager

AJ brings nearly two decades of expertise in the audiovisual industry, specializing in live events and LED wall engineering. With a strong background in theatrical production and a natural inclination towards music, he is an established seasoned professional in AV technology. Based in our New York office, he currently serves as a Project Manager, leveraging his skills to deliver exceptional results while cultivating robust relationships with clients and vendors. He has a distinct ability to manage projects effectively and foster strong partnerships within the industry.

Dominique Baskerville

Regional Project Manager

Dominique studied and completed his training for audio production and engineering at the SAE Institute of Hollywood, CA before calling Las Vegas home. He has nearly a decade of experience in the audiovisual industry, with extensive live event experience and LED wall engineering. After working as a stage technician for JT Productions, VTS Services and Live Nation Events, Dominque set his sights on Nvision360. In his current role of project manager, he puts his experience and expertise forward to ensure positive outcomes. His love for music has propelled his drive and passion for the industry. Dom has a contagious enthusiasm and smile that spreads his positivity to the team.

Warehouse Manager

Joel is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in facilities management, beginning his career in 1998. In 2017, he transitioned to the dynamic field of audio-visual technology, joining Nvision360 as a Shop Technician. With a robust background spanning multiple industries, he brings a wealth of technical expertise and a commitment to excellence in his current role of Warehouse Manager. Known for his proactive approach and dedication to efficiency, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.

She previously worked with one of the largest production companies in the world, where she supported creative sales enablement as a proposal designer. As a Virtual Ministry Technician at United Methodist Church of Summit, he gained hands-on experience in video production, sound reinforcement, and live mixing for worship services. Now, as a recent graduate and full-time AV Technology Resource Specialist, he consistently refines his skills in equipment preparation, labor crew setups, and live production environments, constantly seeking innovative solutions.
