The BroadWeigh BW-S475 Wireless Load Shackle is a high-precision, real-time load monitoring solution designed for demanding rigging environments. With a 4.75-ton working load limit, this Generation 3 model eliminates the need for complex cabling, offering reliable wireless performance and enhanced efficiency.
Constructed with a BS EN 13889 bow and an aerospace-grade stainless steel load pin, the BW-S475 is built to withstand tough conditions. It features an IP67-rated weather-resistant housing, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. The unit’s smart sleep mode conserves battery life while continuing to monitor load conditions—even in high-RF environments.
Fully compliant with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, the BW-S475 promotes safer rigging operations by enabling accurate load distribution across indeterminate loads, mother-grids, and roof structures. It integrates seamlessly with BroadWeigh wireless receivers and can be paired with the BW-S475-TL TwistLink for faster, easier setup with additional shackles.
To complete the system, a BroadWeigh USB Receiver and laptop with monitoring software are required and available upon request.
