CELL MATE 16CHANEL LOAD CELL SYSTEM
Motion Labs Load*Cell System delivers industry-leading load monitoring with unmatched precision and reliability. Each Load*Cell is built from rugged stainless steel and rated for either 2-Ton or 5-Ton capacity. Designed with RS485 digital communication, it transmits data directly to the Cell*Mate Hub using standard 6-Pin XLR cables, with runs up to 1,000 feet from each Load*Cell and 4,000 feet from the Hub to the Digital Display.
Engineered for accuracy, the Load*Cell includes spherical bearings for self-alignment, eliminating side-loading and ensuring consistent measurements. Each unit is pre-rigged with 5/8″ or 3/4″ shackles, calibrated, and tested by Motion Laboratories. Structural components meet or exceed 5:1 safety factors per industry standards.
The Cell*Mate Hub supports up to eight Load*Cells, with each channel individually fuse-protected. It features truss mounting for flexible placement, reducing cable clutter. It accepts 120/240VAC power through a PowerCon connector and integrates seamlessly with the Cell*Mate Digital Display module or The WardeN remote interface.
