CELL MATE 24CHANNEL LOAD CELL SYSTEM

The Motion Labs Load*Cell System offers a rugged, reliable, and highly accurate solution for real-time load monitoring in rigging environments. Built with stainless steel construction, each Load*Cell is available in 2-ton or 5-ton rated capacities and designed to meet a 5:1 safety factor, adhering to industry standards.

Each Load*Cell transmits load data digitally using RS485 protocol via a 6-pin XLR cable, with cable runs of up to 1,000 feet per unit. Spherical bearings at each end ensure self-alignment under load, eliminating side-loading and delivering accurate, consistent readings. Every unit is calibrated and pre-rigged with 5/8″ or 3/4″ shackles for immediate deployment.

At the core of the system is the Cell*Mate Hub, which supports up to eight Load*Cells and transmits a unified digital signal up to 4,000 feet to the Cell*Mate Digital Display module. The hub includes individual self-resetting fuses for each input, a PowerCon input for flexible power supply options, and an integrated truss clamp for efficient mounting and reduced cabling.

Compatible with The WardeN, the latest innovation in the Cell*Mate product line, this modular and expandable system is ideal for large-scale rigging applications where safety, accuracy, and simplicity are critical.
